[SOLVED] Headphone front port does not work.

My front port on my desktop has stopped working for my headphones, after a windows update. The rear port still works. Is there a fix for this. Bear in mind I've tried; restarting, device manager. Should I install realtec audio...would that help???

Any help would be welcome......thank you.

realtec is pretty proud of their software, to the point of having issues without it. I'd install it and see if it solves the problem.
