Headphone Jack Not Working Properly

For awhile now my headphone jack for my laptop isn't working. The right ear is working perfectly fine yet the left ear has little to no sound, i have to balance the audio with a software and that doesn't work properly and make the audio lower. I also cant get USB adapters as my laptop only has two ports and they are used up (Mouse and Bluetooth Dongle). Is there some sort of fix to this?

1. I wager dust bunny in headphone jack, just needs cleaning.
