[SOLVED] headphone left right prob win 10

hello
i have a sennheiser earpiece. 1 jack.
before i had a very cheap 2$ headphone , win 7 64 bit , sound was coming left right correctly.
left sound on the left ear piece and right on the right earpiece.
(this was in my old pc ddr 3 ram 1050 ti fx 4300 gigabyte)
i bought a new sennheiser built new pc (ddr 4 ryzen 5, asus gaming mobo 1650 super )
now headphone not working right left correctly win 10 64 bit . coz ppl told me ryzen dnt supp win7.
i dnt have any problm with 10 64 bit all games work correctly. Xcpt headphone.
i did right left speaker test online. but sound comes from both whether i c hose right or left.
mobo has 3 jacks. i use Blue one.
Later
i went to Sound properties > Balance > did left 0
did online test > sound was coming only from right . BUT it came from right whether i chose left sound/right sound.
i did the same thing. Now right 0,
sound came only from left BUt the same prblm , whtr i choose left/right sound it comes in left earpiece both tines.
please hlp me . cant play cs go properly like this.

omg
just got it working saw a video . had to do ease of access settings . mono off.
for any one facing same issue .
