Short summary: Was playing some space engineers, PC froze ( either due to not enough ram or disk usage ) and i decided to force shut down by turning it off manually ( holding onto the power button ). When i turned on my PC, the audio was no longer working and now the PC does not recognize any audio jacks.

In my device manager, i see this: https://prnt.sc/r57fe7

And yes, i have tried basically all the usual stuff, non worked. Just reinstalled windows as well. Headphone works on other computers. Tried both front and back jacks

Tried: Reinstalling Drivers/Updating Drivers/Reinstalling Windows ( fresh and reset )/Reinstall and Update all drivers

And yes, its not deactivated or disabled.

Currently using a custom build PC.
Specs:
BaseBoard Product PRIME B360M-A

OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363

Thanks so much for the suggestions, however, clearing the CMOS didnt work. For BIOS update, i am trying to avoid that at the moment as i might screw it up
