which output will give better sound quality from headphones ?..............headphone output from motherboard rear panel or pc case front panel ?

should be the motherboard rear panel since there's 2 to 4 audio capacitors......and physically closer to motherboard's audio circuitry ?

It should be same as it comes from same chips, there are no separate circuits. Front ones could be a problem depending on quality of cables from MB to the case picking up some electronic noise.
