Question Headphone volume problem

Hi.
I was just playing yesterday and suddenly the volume on my Razer Kraken headphones went down to what felt like 50% of the volume. The sound was also unbalenced and the left side of the headphones was alot louder than the right one. I tried to balence out the problem which fixed it and made both sides sound the same. The problem now thought is that i can barely hear anything when i go on discord and such. My volumee is on 100% everywhere i can find.
Any ideas?

I have not. I tried another pair of headphones and they worked fine in my pc. I think it is the headphones themself that os the problem though i can't be sure sincei dont have another pc to try it on.
