Headphone works on laptop but not on phone

My heaphones wich provided with my phone works perfect on my laptop but i cant use the mic when i plug them on phone :/

you may want to try a couple different headphone, you may find that your phone has a bad auxiliary port.

That's likely because your headphones are on an all-in-one jack that houses both the audio and microphone jack. Majority (if not all) phones, only utilize a headphone jack. As such, when you plug the all-in-one jack in, it's incompatible.
