Headphones and mic adapter

Hi,

I would like to use my apple earbuds with an inline mic but my case (nzxt s340 elite) has two separate audio and mic inputs, one 3.5 mm for each). What type of adapter would i need to use my apple earbuds for audio and recording at the same time? Thanks!
