Headphones Cause blue screen crash

Hi all

Just wondering if ye can help me, I have Astros a50's And used to keep on getting crashes to blue screen, About a month ago I sent them back for repair, got them back and now first time plugging them into usb the computer crashed.. Any help?

make sure have the newest sound card drivers and intel chipset drivers if intel mb or the newest amd chipset drivers. also check to see if there any mb bios updates. a few mb may have updates to fix usb device issues.

It says Unplug an unnecessary devices, Then when the computer comes on its Says windows has unexpectedly shutdown...
