Headphones not being detected

I attempt to open Playback Devices and my HyperX Cloud II does not show up, yet when I plug the USB hub into the laptop it makes the sound and the USB hub itself lits up. I've tried to the "Show Disabled Devices" and "Show Disconnected Devices" no luck however.

If anyone got any idea, I will greatly appreciate it.

Have you tried them in another device to make sure the headset itself isn't the issue?
