Headphones not being picked up

Hi so I was trying to update my AMD Drivers for my HD7950 and I decided to download a ddu to do a fresh install. The ddu delted my audio bus for my audio drivers so now windows does not pick up my headphones when i plug them in. Ive tried bassically everything ive found ive downloaded drivers, redownloaded the same driver but still to no avail. I went on my motherboards website and redownloaded Realtek HD audio and its setup but it is not running.

Please help!!!!!

I was wondering if you already tried installing an earlier version of audio driver checked if the issue was addressed?

I have tried to download the older one and it didn't work and ive redownloaded the newest one aswell with still no prevail. I cant get my headphones to be picked up by the pc
