Question headphones not playing any sound but detected

Using my bluetooth headphones and Wired Headphones. Both have the same results, Detected but no sound. Although, If i select Headset (OPPO ENCO BUDS2 Hands-Free AG Audio) it plays a sound, but the sound is [redacted] its like when youre on a phone call with somebody. This is not the first time im using these devices. Ive used these devices on other pc, smartphones and they worked besides on my pc. Any suggestions or solutions would be wonderful, Thanks!

How are you pairing with the wireless headphones? As in, make and model of the wireless adapter in your build? Perhaps try and uninstall your wireless adapter's drivers, then manually reinstall with the latest version without rebooting the system.

Might want to also see if your motherboard is pending a BIOS update.
