[SOLVED] Headphones not working on my new pc

I’ve recently built my pc and have noticed trouble when plugging in my headset. I plug in my headset and immediately it connects and disconnects simultaneously I’ve tried to replug my case cables because that’s were my headphones are routed and nothing. I have windows 10 don’t know if that’s important.

If they work fine on the motherboard connection, could simply be that the case jacks are faulty.
