To whom it may concern,
I have an Aspire V11 Touch laptop, currently running Windows 10. About 2 months ago, my headphones stopped playing music through them when I plugged them into the headphone jack and instead carried on playing music through the internal speakers. It hadn't happened before. I was quite lucky in that I had bluetooth earphones for a while but they are now gone. I am left with a laptop that only plays music through its speakers, even when I can hear the sound of the headphone jack entering the port. I have tried going to Hardware and Sound, then Manage Audio Devices but it does not recognize them being in there. I would just like to make the point again that this happened on its own accord and I merely turned my laptop on to find the jack did not work. I hope we can have this resolved soon.
P.S. I have seen various articles to do with the HD Audio Manager but this does not work either.
