Question Headphones not working ?

My cousin has HyperX headphones. I don't know the exact model but I think its hyperx cloud stinger.

The headphones have no sound at all. I opened it up but everything inside was okay. I carefully closed it. I didn't damage anything inside.
I thought the jack would have a problem, so I checked it with the multimeter.
The multimeter showed 0 throughout the diagnosis.

Does this mean that the jack has a problem ?

Need some details here, were they ever working? Did you test them on another system? Using any adapters? Those things come with a Y cable for a 4 pole to dual 3 pole connection. If you think it's a jack issue, simple to test with another set of headphones.
