One day randomly my headphones currently are playing through my right ear, but when I apply moderate pressure to the actual headphone jack connector downwards, they play audio through both of my ears. I did this with other headphones and other audio devices around my house, and its the same issue. They only work on the right side, but when I apply pressure downwards, they work normally. I even took apart my computer to check the audio jack front connector and made sure they were in properly. I even pulled them out and pushed them back in. I'm stumped I don't know what to do. 🙁

The audio jack is probably damaged. Or maybe there is some small piece of debris inside. Power off your system and inspect inside the port with a bright light and magnifying glass.

What you can also do is to try some compatible audio cable extension - one with the same TS, TRS, TRRS plug as your current headphones. Might just be enough difference in the plug to port connection to make full contact/stereo effect.

However, since you have tried other audio devices in the same port - I would not be optimistic about the extension cable making a difference.

Barring the above, you may need to switch to another audio jack - one in the back perhaps. If the rear audio port is inconvenient then just use a M-F extension cable. If you...
