Question Headphones problem

Hi guys,

I recently bought this new headphones but i have one problem.
When i plug them in with splitter (4pin to two 3pins) in my pc i can't hear the right channel and of course the mic is not working.
If i plug them without splitter, headphones are working but mic is not working as it should

Tried reinstalling drivers and multiple settings which i found over the internet.
Also, win 10 is showing headphones as speakers.. So if anyone had the same problem please help

Make and model of your headphones? You will also need to pass on a link to the splitter you're using. Are you working with the rear audio ports or the front panel audio ports? Which version of Windows 10 are you working with?

Headphones are ASUS Tuf H3. The splitter was inside the headphone box so i don't know which is it.
If it is helpful the black connector is for head, black for mic.
Win 10 Pro
Tried front panel and rear panel also.
