I have a Steel Series Siberia V2 (3.5mm) not usb (antique i know) but the problem is that the sound when i connect them to my pc is really low.Doesnt matter if its a game, YouTube, spotify or any music players its always low.I thought maybe these headphones are just not good but the other day i connected them to my laptop and i could actually feel the bass of music. This was the same case when i connected them to my iPad and they still worked flawlessly.I just have this issue on my PC and i have tried all the windows setting everything is fine with the sound settings.I've been using a sound booster (letasoft) but its still not good enough as they are on my other devices.
Also i have tried to find the driver but there is none for these headphones and i have installed the drivers that the motherboard needs for audio devices from their website.
GA-H61M-USB3-B3 (rev. 2.0) | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global
This is my motherboard and where i installed the audio drivers from.the sound was the same without installing them too so it didnt make any difference.
Thanks in advance :)

You can get a headphone amp but those should not really need one, or even better an external DAC/AMP like this https://www.amazon.com/Syba-Headpho...ne+Amps&qid=1599074883&sr=8-25&ts_id=13880161 probably the cheapest model I would get.

This is also good to use as a pretty cheap good quality DAC and will boost power to the headphone https://www.amazon.com/FiiO-BTR3-Bluetooth-Receiver-Portable/dp/B07FVN14FH?ref_=ast_sto_dp Has an added bonus of also allowing for bluetooth connection so you can use your headphones wirelessly. I own one of those and it works great, even as a computer DAC using a USB cable.

If you're powering the headphones using the onboard audio ports, then, first make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for the motherboard. Then reinstall the audio drivers with the latest found off of linked Gigabyte support site link in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Might want to also see which version of Windows 10 you're on right now.

You might also want to see if the connector for the headphones are all the way in the analog port on the motherboard's rear I/O.
