Headphones sound poor

So I once used my headphones as mic in school and since then when I pull them in my headphone jack, whether it's PC or phone they just sound really poor.. It sounds like the output is played trough mic... I already disabled them as a mic in Windows and have updated audio drivers.. Still dont work please help.

Look, they are cause I used them as MIC and changed few settings in PC but when I reset the settings they just still sound bad.

Please start a new one and this time, keep it clean. That word may be nothing to you but we have some very young readers and we dont like it when parents complain their children learned unsuitable words from Tom's.
