Question headphones wont work unless the pc is rebooted

hello
i have been having this problem for a while now and i didnt bother solving it until now becuse it is not that problematic but now it annoys me.
when i turn my computer on my headphones dont work, if i restart the pc the headphones work for some reson.
i tried "troubleshoot sound problems" and it tells me "No jack information available" even after the restart when they work.
is there a problem with my haedphones even though they work after i restart or is it a system problem
(they are conneced by a USB)

iIf it does, its a driver problem.

Win 10 is not off when you shut it down, its in a sleep state. It means when you start it back up, its already has some of the info loaded and it is faster (unless you have an ssd). Downside is if the drivers are not written for the new power modes in win 10, you get funny behavior like this.

Does headset have its own software? Tried updating it?
