I find the new design to be ergonomically tasteful and also like the lack of LED lighting and kitschy bling. I was just seconds away from pulling the trigger on an MSI Gaming Z trio card that I liked very little about aside from the price. As a last ditch I figured I would check there to see since the Nvidia site is currently pushing how they are "back in stock". Not only do I prefer this card size and look, but also actually paying MSRP is a major plus to me. It's ever so slightly slower on clock speed than the one I was looking at, but that should be an easy adjustment.
