Headset Adaptor for Telephone and Dictation

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me out or recommend what i'm looking for.

Labtech used to make an adaptor that you could plug a headset into and toggle between your phone and talking into your computer. As far as I know they don't exist anymore (Labtech) and I would like to find a new adaptor.

WOuld anyone happen to know who makes these now?
