I have a Razer Man 0 War headset and lately I've been having some problems. At some point last month I had some issues with one of my ears and I needed to make my right ear cup about half of what the left one was. Each time I plugged them in via usb dongle, I balanced them accordingly in windows. At some point my headset may have just decided that it should keep the unbalanced levels. Now after my ear is fixed, I have to always re-balance my headset to normal whenever I plug it in. This happens on both my laptop and desktop so I'm pretty sure its the headset. The software Razer products use does not have a balancing option. Both computers are running windows 10.

Right click the small speaker icon usually in the lower right screen corner.

Select the Playback devices and then right-click your device. Select Properties then the Levels tab.

Check Playback Control and there should be a "Balance" button to click.

Re-balance but be sure to click "Apply" or otherwise ok your changes.

You may find some variations in the Playback device windows, tabs, and properties options. Just work through the screens if and as necessary.

Just ensure that your changes are applied.

I do know about the balanceing in playback devices as that Is what I need to do every time I restart my computer and plug in my headset. I'm saying that it does not save those changes permanently afterwards, just until I restart the computer again.
