[SOLVED] headset causes xbox one controller to not work

I'm using windows 10 and i cant have my xbox controller and headset plugged in at the same time, or else my controller wont work.

I've tried multiple controllers and headsets and it's the same thing everytime.

u may need either wireless dong for your xbox controller (can run with other BT dongs without interference)
or switch to bluetooth 5.0 which support much more plethora of connected devices
