Headset doesn't work.

Hey. So I just bought a new computer and my headset(Razer Megalodon) doesn't work at all. I've tried all my USB-ports and they all give the same result; The headset lights up and seems to be working but I get a message from Windows that says: (roughly translated from swedish) Unkown USB-device(request of advicedescription failed) doesn't work correctly. It also says its identified. Im not the best guy on computers so I'd be thankful on tips and help how to correct this since Im using skype pretty often.
 
Solution
Go to Razers website and look for any drivers they might have for it (probably their Synapse software). Given its a USB headset rather using a 3.5mm jack, it would require software for Windows to work with.
