I have a hyperx cloud ii, and I have tried so many ways to get it to work on my Windows 7 PC, with a foxconn aloe. It is not a broken headset, as it works on my laptop, and from what I've heard the cloud II is Windows 7 compatible. I would also like to add that it worked just fine yesterday on the same computer I am having problems with now, no matter what I try when I plug it in it just comes up as "unknown USB device" and says that the driver installation has failed. If anyone can give me some help on this that'd be great.

Just realized I should probably list what I've tried to make this easier. I've tried updating the device using drivers from 'DriverEasy' I've tried uninstalling the drivers for unknown device completely then unplugging the headset and restarting, I've tried all the USB hubs and ports, I've updated my realtek drivers, and uninstalled and reinstalled the USB hub drivers. None of these have worked.

Isolated it to 1 thing: the difference between the old and new computer is the use of a USB 3 port, even on that computer it will not work through USB 2, but I would like to know why this has happened because nothing has changed.
