Headset mic dosen't work good on pc but does on xbox

I Have a Plantronics RIG400 Headset and it's connected to my laptop via the single 3.5mm jack (since i don't have 2 jacks). recently my friends complained they didn't hear me good. I Did a couple of tests and i started a live stream on mixer from my pc and the sound was very low and unclear, after that i started a stream from mixer on my xbox one with the headset connected to my controller and it sounded great. I Also tried to stream on Twitch but ithe audio was still very unclear and low. The mic volume is 100% with 30dB boost, there's only one mic choice in the recordings tab and Stereo Mix is disabled. Any help please?

Can you please try this:

> Right-click the speaker icon in the notification area.

> Click Sounds.

> Go to the Recording tab.

> Select your microphone from the list.

> Click Properties.

> Go to the Advanced tab.

> Check both the boxes under the Exclusive Mode section if not already checked.

> Click OK and then try again.

If the problem persists, try clicking the Restore Defaults button on the same window.

If the issue is not yet resolved, please try updating the audio driver.

Else uninstall the current one, download a new instance from the vendor's official site, and then try installing it from the start.

I Did everything. still not working. Plus there's no driver on the Plantromics site
