[SOLVED] Headset Microphone Sounds Bad

I use a razer kraken on a mac and my friend says my microphone sounds like a robot talking through a fan on discord and steam. It only happens some of the time. Can someone help me with this?

How is your friend hearing you, through the net on their computer? How old is the headset? You can try to uninstall the application and reinstall.
