Question Headset not detected

I uninstalled my AMD Drivers with DDU about 3 times for a different reason, but now I cant hear through my headphones. Please help, it only detects my speakers from my monitor. I go to sound panel and it wont let me set any of the AMD Drivers as my default. It doesnt even show my headset mic in the recording tab. Please help asap

Reinstall those drivers along with any Realtek audio drivers you may have uninstalled inadvertently.
