I have a gaming headset which has worked fine, but I moved back to uni today and its playing up.
it recognises it as shown in fig 1. named speakers.

However when I go into the properties it says that the audio input is in the front despite the headset being plugged into the back along with the mic jack (there are two inputs) as seen in fig 2.

Not sure what to do, as it was fine yesterday and now is playing up.
When the headset is made the default device it receives audio as shown in fig 3 by the green bars.
