Question Headset not working

Does someone know why the left side of my headset is not working when i use it via usb but when i use the cable it works perfectly.

model of your headset? i would say the dac inside the usb is faulty, test it on another pc and see if the issue remains, if not, it's your pc

What connection options are available?

USB seems to be one; i.e., using the cable.

Bluetooth?
