Recently i bought Steelseries Arctis 3 i tried them and something seemed off like they are not as loud , then i tried them on my brothers PC and they were louder , i tried everything but nothing worked , could it be that my headset is being recognized as a speaker ?

Solution
Have you installed the SteelSeries Engine 3 software on your PC?

It should not be needed to make the audio work properly, my son uses the Arctis 5 which is the same headphone with an addition of a USB DAC and lights, when using it without the DAC there were never any issues with how it sounded going directly to the 3.5mm jack.

There are several options though to probably help with this, a USB dongle like this https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hyperx...37nrEY_wMbx9RPDiKQhoCkjoQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds which will drive the headphones harder than the...

Not as loud as what? Your old headphones? Even if you raised the system volume? Did you check the volume wheel on the headset also? You need to keep in mind headphones vary in how loud they are based on the power they are fed, some headphones are easy to drive on low power, some need more power, and computers put out varying power levels in the headphone jacks.

What is the everything you tried already? Usually when people say they tried "everything" it's not really the case, if you really tried everything then there is nothing left to try so what can anyone help you with?

There are several options though to probably help with this, a USB dongle like this https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hyperx...37nrEY_wMbx9RPDiKQhoCkjoQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds which will drive the headphones harder than the motherboard, and it may actually sound better also (never mind the 7.1 thing that is a virtual sound profile that may or may not sound any good).

SoundBlaster version with a single 4 pole connector vs a dual one https://www.newegg.com/creative-sou...words-pc-_-pla-_-sound+card-_-N82E16829102090

For higher end sound (but more expensive than the headset itself)

Thank you , im planning to buy the hyperx one

click the speaker icon to the bottom right of the screen , what number is the volume set at.
I have the opposite problem to you , my xiberia deafen me on setting number 2 so i put the speaker icon to 50% and this makes the control on the headset more flexible.
