Headset with 5 pin connector

Sorry, not sure if this is the correct place for a question like this but at Taco Bell where I work, the headsets for the drive through are just terrible. I'd like to get a better one just so I can be more productive but the headset has an odd connector; It looks like one of the PS/2 connectors for keyboards back in the day. Anyone know where I can get a higher quality headset like this? If clarification is needed ill get a picture of the connector itself.

Edit: Its a 5 pin connector, I guess its somewhat standard for intercom systems

I'm going to caution you about changing your work gear. Not only is it a non standard connection, they might have a reason for using it. I'd talk to the boss about doing something different. Changing work gear without approval can get you in trouble.
