i have a hyper x cloud core the audio works fine but my mic wont work only on my pc i tried it in a phone and it worked and i tried another mic on my pc and it worked so its not a hardware issue but my headset works fine on another divices

Maybe the mic port is broken, did you try both the port in the front of the case as well as the back on the motherboard?

If you did try both and there not working did you go into your Sound settings in Windows to make sure the mic was your default device under the recording tab?

I tried another mic and it worked fine. yea i tried both ports and non worked and yes it was default
