hearing beeping sound after installing gpu

so what I did was deleting the nivida graphics before putting my 1050 ti gtx gpu into my pc
which I had a 550 gpu then I put the 1050 ti into my pc and it fit and everything was cool and did connect the gpu to the psu "another question there are two cables out of my gpu and out of the psu do I connect both cables or just one will be enough "
so continuing to my main question is after connected my pc to my monitor using hdmi when I turn my pc it gives a long beeping sound which lasts like 40s -1 min then beeps 3 times then stops ...
what is the problem exactly ?
did my cpu explode or what do I do exactly ?

Which exact GPU is that ? Regardless of GPU you should always use all power connectors it has.

the new gpu which is bought recently is geforce gtx 1050 ti with 4 gb
my previous one is gegorce gtx 550

Yes, I have seen that but which exactly because I haven't seen any like that with 2 power connectors.
