Question Hearing buzzing sounds from Pc when electrical current goes over 95A

Hey, I'm hearing some buzzing sounds when I'm using photoshop for heavy work when I stop it's gone.

My System : r5 5600G
Gamemax 400w Psu
16G Ram 3200mhz
1SSD 1HDD
A320 M2h

Start thinking of replacing this.

The noise could be normal coil whine, hard drives aren't too noisy nowadays, if it was a 40GB ATA drive from 2001 it'd have audible clicking and clacking noises when reading or writing large files.
