Heart Rate Monitor For Gaming

I was thinking about getting a heart rate monitor for when I play games. What equipment would I need to buy to do so.

I do horror videos and thinking about using it for some streams. So I would have the data displayed next to my webcam

Guessing some sort of fitbit as well. Perhaps with a Bluetooth receiver for your PC? Not sure if any fitbits connect to windows. Never looked into one.
