[SOLVED] heat issue when alt tabing from games

I use an rx 570 mini pulse from saphire. I have oced it a bit my temps are fine around 65-70 in full load but when I alt tab in a game or in the menus in some games (apex legends) the gpu temp goes very high for some reason and the gpu works really hard. For example in apex i have 65 celcius in game nad in the menus if i leave for some time it might reach 78-79. Can I fixit somehow?

get it back to default mighht be hard on her if you play games at high settings and overclock also list all other parts in system and what king of air flow you have .
