Heat problem with GTX 960 4Gb

Hi,
I recently purchased a Giga GTX 960 4Gb. I notice that when I play Far cry 4, the temperature raise rapidly (from 33oC to 70oC according to OC Guru), however, the fans seem not to speed up. This happen even when I was on the menu, not actually any graphical.
Is it a malfunction of my card? and please tell me how to fix it.

70c is completely fine, if it starts to go over 85c, then you should think about setting a manual fan curve.

So 70oC is still not enough for the fans to speed up? Because the heat in my case at that time was quite worrisome.

well the only way to fix that is with a manual fan curve or adjust your case fans speed so they exhaust faster.
