Heat sink fan

I have the P7p55d and plan to install I5-750, with Asus GF Gt240 1024mb video card

I plan on doing some gaming but not extreme or littlle.

Is the retail heat sink fan that comes with the cpu good enough or should I get a better one.

if so, which one do you suggest, note my budget is limited :

the retail heatsink is sufficient at stock, you only need to consider upgrading to an aftermarket one if you intend to overclock atleast moderately.
