Heat sink for ancient e6850 and i7 920

I have a problem, my e6850 is overheating. its running at 90 degrees c in idle. which is mad, surpised it is still working. anyways i have about 40 quid to buy a new heatsink. I shall be later be upgrading to the i7 920, so i need one that will work for that also. what can you guys recommend?

I know the article states Intel LGA 1156 heatsinks but just about all of them are also compatible with Intel LGA 1366 cpu's and LGA 775 cpu's.
