Heat sink mount for DX854AV

Is it possible to purchase just the AVC A109000004 bracket which holds the power supply in place in the DX854AV?

It is a Hewlitt Packard desk top computer.
The plastic bracket which holds the power supply onto the processor cracked at one of the corner tabs.
Without the hold down in place, the power supply is not parallel to the processor and the computer will not run.
THe plastic bracket looks like a 99 cent item.
The power supply mounts on it to service the mother board.
