heat sink problem

unfortunately , i'll be stuck with my amd athlon ii x2 250 processor, and the fan of heatsink is not working anymore, i have a :
biostar n68s3b mobo,
500watt psu,
9600gt 1gb vc
4 gb dd43 ram
2x 320gb hdd,
2x 120mm fan and 3x 80mm

i was wonderin if deepcool gamma archer is compatible with my mobo. i dont know much about computers.... thank you
