Hey guys happy Memorial Day weekend, I just got the noctua d15. And the front fan in numbing into the ram. Not putting pressure on it or nothing. What should I do? Any help will be appreciated :)

They are touching, but with some finagling, you could carve a groove for the RAM heat spreader.
Alternatively, raise the fan, and see how close to the side-panel you are, and grind that excess off.

Other actions would be to see if there's room for the fan on the other side of the cooling tower, are those DIMM slots also occupied?
Buying a smaller fan, or maybe you have one laying about?

Wait a minute, there's nothing wrong with the D15's fans touching the ram - it was designed to do that...
Noctua cooler height - 165mm
https://noctua.at/en/nh-d15/specification

Case cooler clearance - 167mm
https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/cases/mid-tower/masterbox-pro-5-rgb/#Specifications

It should not actually be touching the case.
However...someone on either end may have fudged the specs by a teeny bit.
Doesn't take into account the height of the OP's ram heatsinks.
A naked stick is like 31mm, so if the ram heatsink is a couple mm taller than that...

2 older pics of my D15S. The front fan literally sits on top of the ram, which is G. Skill Ripjaws V.

NH-D15 height: 165mm
Masterbox Pro 5: 167mm
Adata XPG ram: whatever it's height is, it's larger than 31mm. Seeing as it ~JUST keeps you from closing the side panel, it must be 33-34mm.

So what do you recommend?
Easy. Just remove the front fan. That's the cheapest route. It's basically a NH-D15S - minus the tilt - at that point.
The expensive alternative is to go and get a 120mm fan.
