Heating problem on sony vaio

i am having sony vaio VPCEH28FN. and the problem is that the laptop is heating over 89 to 95 degree in modarate use. i have installed speedfan on my laptop. it shows two fans on my laptop but actually i have opened my laptop and i have seen that there is only one fan is there. so i am also wondering that how the software is showing me two fan?

Speed fan isn't the best program out there, I've had issues with it myself, so it's just the software being weird

not only speed fan other software are also showing me the two fans.
i just need to cool down the temp. that's all and i already had replaced heat sink pest and cleaned the fan.
so suggest other than that.
