[SOLVED] Heating Problem

So whenever i try to play games or even watch youtube videos my CPU's temperature goes way too high about 80 to 90 degree celcius for example rn while i am writing this and doing nothig else its temp is about 65 degree celcius help me and yeah during this quarantine i cant go anywhere to get my thermal paste changed and i am not expert in doing all this myself so pls tell me what can id o
