Heating problems AMD A8/A10

Im running two machines at my house atm, they were pre-assembled so I have no clue exactly what could be the issue but they both have AMD CPUs and they run around 60-70 idol and spike to 90-100 when in any game. A friend of mine told me AMD CPUs run hot and not to really worry but im convinced they didnt apply paste or the dinky CPU coolers that came with the computer just aren't enough.

In that you wrote about temperature rather than thermal margin suggests you haven't read this. Other temperature monitoring software don't read AMD processors correctly. Higher thermal margins are better and should be above 20 deg C on 100% load.

So download AMD Overdrive and check your thermal margins.
