Heatpipes vs Fans in coolers. Which is efficient?

More heatpipes doen't mean it could be a better choice since all of those listed use the same fan size. I personally thought that 2 Fans with 2 "heatpipes" will does the job very well, it has the pull/push air configuration which its better at most of the cooling solution.
All listed above use the same design with direct touch heatpipes.

It's absolutely fine. 4-pin fans can achive more speed than 3-pin fans does, but if your cooler has one 4-pin and one 3-pin (2 fans, push and pull) , make sure you place the 4-pin fan on the push configuration (back side of the cooler, push the air through the heatsink) and 3-pin on the pull configuration (front side of the cooler, pul the hot air comes from the heatsink).

Basically, i do not recommend using a same fan headers for different fans, even its the same configuration. But if you have no other fan headers, then i would say you can go with splitter. Though it's fine at all.
Otherwise, if you only have one fan header on your motherboard which its rarely found on new boards except for mini-ITX boards, then go for 4 heatpipes and one fan because it has better looking cooler for its price, IMO.

I am from India. I need to spend over $40 (Rs.3000) to get a decent cooler. So I chose PCCooler brand from Aliexpress.

Thank so much for your time response and time. I agree with your comments.
Could you tell me whether the cooler in the below link would be fine. It's Deepcool branded.
