Okay so wondering if I'll be able to use a pair of Corsair Vengeance RAM with my current CPU cooler which is the Arctic Freezer Xtreme?

You'll just have to take the dimensions yourself and figure them out. The size of your Mobo, Case, and other components all play a role in how it will fit.

Get a Low Profile kit, if its not compatible then nothing else will be. Im guessing since your on an X79 system you will have 16GB as minimum.
