Question Heatsink Compatibility with ASUS Z490 PLUS & i7 10700 (Need Help)

I'm down around 50$ because of the incompatibility of a liquid cooling system that I just bought. I'm looking for some actual experienced people with these new pieces.

TLDR: I asked the store owner if the systems he/she offered were compatible with the ASUS Z490 PLUS & Intel i7 10700, and he said the stuff he recommended were all compatible including the one that I chose to buy from him/her. It arrived today and it was no was compatible with my motherboard because of two reasons. The pumps were impacted with my 4 ram sticks & the "capacitors?" on the left side of the CPU will be crushed if I screw it down.

Update: the store owner said its possible to install it without crushing the capacitors. Which I find hard to believe because I tried all the angles. He’s pushing me to find a technician to do it for me.
